A few quick answers for keeping your plans in bloom.

Contact

Email support@tiedinbloom.com for app issues, feedback, accessibility questions, or privacy requests.

Developer: Sergio Romano. Please include your app version, device model, and iOS/iPadOS version. Do not email guest lists, budgets, or other sensitive wedding information unless it is necessary to solve the issue.

Does the app require an account?

No. All core planning features work locally. Signing in to your Apple Account enables private iCloud sync and partner sharing.

Why is iCloud not syncing?

Confirm that both devices use the intended Apple Account, iCloud Drive is enabled, Tied in Bloom is allowed to use iCloud, and each device has a network connection. Sync may not be immediate. Keep the app open briefly after making a change.

How do I plan with my partner?

The wedding owner opens Settings → Your partner → Invite your partner, then sends Apple's invitation. The invited person must accept it while signed in to a different Apple Account. The owner can manage or stop sharing from the same place.

Why did Contacts not ask for full permission?

That is intentional. Tied in Bloom uses Apple's private contact picker. The app receives only the contacts you select, specifically their name and, when present, first postal address. It never scans the full address book.

How do reminders work?

Open Settings and turn on Gentle nudges. After you allow notifications, the app schedules local reminders for incomplete checklist items with due dates. You can change the reminder time or turn them off at any time.

How do I add a widget?

Touch and hold the Home Screen or Lock Screen, choose Edit/Add Widgets, search for Tied in Bloom, and select the countdown, RSVP, or Up Next widget. Open the main app once after editing plans so the widget snapshot can refresh.

How do I export my plans?

Open Settings → Share your plans for guest-list, budget, wedding-day, and seating-chart exports. The files are created locally and sent only to the destination you choose in Apple's share sheet. Review the contents and recipient before sending.

How do I delete everything?

If you own the wedding, open Settings → Start fresh → Erase everything. This deletes the wedding locally and requests deletion from your iCloud records; invited participants lose access. Deleting the app alone may leave records in iCloud and they can return after reinstalling. Invited participants cannot delete the owner's shared wedding from inside the app.

What devices are supported?

Tied in Bloom 1.2 requires iOS or iPadOS 18 or later. Some features require an Apple Account, iCloud, notifications, or a supported widget size.

Privacy first. The developer has no server or dashboard that can view or recover your wedding plans. For important information, keep your own exports or backups.
